Julie has grown up locally and inherited her family’s values bringing a strong work ethic with high integrity and values to her real estate business.

She has a highly competitive nature which bought her success in the equestrian field including a New Zealand three day event title which led on to business opportunities working with international equestrian buyers, setting up markets and selling equestrian horses in the South Island and around the world.

With many years working in business development/sales in challenging markets throughout New Zealand, a key element of her success was setting up new markets, sourcing buyers, budget planning, qualifying for international conferences and achieving international recognition.
